The new SE Challengers will come equipped with the Pentastar V6 engine which will push 300 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque (existing SE Challengers are at 250 hp & 250 TQ). The SRT8 Challengers will get the new 6.4L (392 cubic inch) V8 which will push an estimated 480 horsepower & 470 lb-ft of torque. Estimated MPG for the SRT8 is 13 city & 24 highway.
